Marc Pruetts "Carolina Mountain Banjo" album is truly a piece of music history. Recorded some years ago and orginally released as a "record" this project has been remastered and released on CD. At the time of this recording Marc was playing regularly at Bill Stanely's BBQ in Asheville, NC and very much involved in the bluegrass music circuit within the southeast. Marc is accompanied on this CD by friends such as Ricky Skaggs, Jerry Douglas, The Whites, Brian Hunter,Dale McCoy, Randy Davis, Mike Hunter, Steve Sutton, Arvil Freeman, Tim Galvean and Richard McBrayer. Marc has also added three additional tracks recorded live at Bill Stanley's.
