What a fun weekend with our friends in Knoxville TN!!  We had so much fun at The Bijou with the Dismembered Tenesseans, Brand New Strings, and all the WDVX gang. But the crowd was amazing!!  Of course it rolled right over into WDVX’s Blue Plate Special on Sunday afternoon with John Driskell Hopkins.

Later Sunday night we hit the stage at Thompson-Boling Arena with Hopkins and the entire Zac Brown Band.  Big thanks to Zac and John for asking us and all those guys being so supportive of Balsam Range. They’re great people and have really became great friends.  We just finished a recording with John Driskell Hopkins called “Daylight” and Zac is a guest on the CD along with several others.  The song JDH & BR did that featured Zac is called  ”I will lay me down” and to see a video of the live version we just did with  ZBB show in Knoxville click HERE.

Now this Thursday at 11a.m. we’ll be live with John on WNCW 88.7FM.  Playing tracks from “Daylight” and talking about this Friday’s (2/1) show at the ISIS Restaurant and Music Hall in Asheville. To listen online visit www.wncw.org.
