Merry Christmas Everybody! I hope you’re having a great Holiday Season. We’re officially in shop/panic mode at our house. My wife has four trees up and decorated so far. How many do you guys end up with?
I hope you will be spending part of your Holiday with us at the Colonial Theater in Canton, NC on December 17. Tony Rice and Bobby Hicks are coming to have a Christmas party with us. This is going to be an amazing night with two of my personal heroes. Please be a part of it!
Thanks for being part of the Balsam Range family. We love you all!
Tim

WOW!!!! Hope Must be exhausted! And…=*]! Braden must be in Heaven!!!
For a while now… :.( it seems my family is lucky if we get a tree. But decorating the tree is an art I love!
I have missed you all …”the gang!”… Still to me! I was thrown off by all this “ranger” business ; )p.
My heart will be with you guys on the 17th!! Though I wish!!!! All of me could be! None of you probably remember that girl always at “The Pig!” yeah… Magan

Merry Christmas Tim and all BR guys…I will be at the Colonial for the party baring a ‘big snow’ LOL…I think we have only five trees this year…fell short of the usual seven but much to do!!! WOW! Berryville was fantastic! Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Frank Jurney said Steep Canyon could follow anybody…Not Saturday! They were good but you guys stole the show. Looking forward to seeing you again. Merry Christmas to all. Andy.
Thanks Andy …those are strong words…the Steep Canyon Rangers absolutely rock. We love them and are just delighted we could do something you like. We had a wonderful time. Happy Holidays to you and hope to see you soon. Thanks for the note and for visiting!
Our lead guitar player was there Saturday night in Berryville as well and he said the same thing. I wish I could have been there to hear you guys. He said you were AWESOME. I look forward to playing there in February with IIIrd Tyme Out. Keep it up Balsam Range. You guys are TRULY awesome! ~Josh~
Hey Josh! Hope all is well! Wow…thanks for the nice comments …we had a wonderful time there in Berryville. Wish you could have made it …maybe next time. Thanks for all the nice words and tell all our good buddies in IIIrd Tyme Out a big howdy for us! We appreciate the note and you visiting our site.
Merry Christmas!
I don’t have any this year – now that I’m living on my own, I don’t see much point in decorating for just myself.
I am gonna get you a tree pal! Keep the spirit brother!
hey guys long time fan. i have a bluegrass band also. we dont travel. we just play local. ive got meanwhile corded except at the end where it goes back in my arms is where i belong i know after that it goes to d then back to g but for the life of me i cant get that line is in in c and hold the c for a while
randy
Hey Randy …great to hear from you. I think the line you’re talking about in Meanwhile is an A minor (2 minor chord) …but it does have a C note in it. Hope this helps. Thanks for the post, visiting our site and taking interest in our music. Happy Holidays pal!
ty have a great christmas
I just heard the song ‘Trains I Missed’ for the first time today and now I can’t stop listening. It brought tears to my eyes. It is my new Favorite Song! Thank You for sharing your gifts!
Thanks so much Amanda! We appreciate the kind words and we’re glad you like the song. I love that one myself…what a great message we can all relate to. We were lucky to snag it and think Buddy was born to sing it. COME SEE US SOON!
Greetings guys, caught your show in Berryville and was completely blown away. Great to finally see you guys live. Caleb, thanks for the burnining Ga. down lesson after your show as well as the Blue Chip pick tip, it put the tackiness right back in it. Hope you and your families have a safe and Happy Holidays!
~Joe Knotts, Martinsburg,WV
Thanks Joe…appreciate the note and visit. Come see us again!
We caught you guys at the Pig and were also at the Trains CD release party…you’re all great as individual musicians/singers, but together you’re awesome! Your upcoming dates/guests at the Colonial look good…can’t wait to make some of them. PS…your CD’s can’t be worn out – I’ve tried!
Thanks for the note Eric! Come see us and be a part of the series …we’re having a blast there! Glad you like the music…and if your discs wear out we know where you can get more

Thanks Dana…had a blast. Please join us for the rest of the shows there …it’s a hoot. We have a great lineup.
For my 60th birthday I asked for tickets to the Balsam Range Concert at the Colonial Theater. It was one of the best birthday gifts I have received. Awesome does not describe the sold out concert Friday night at the Colonial. Tony Rice and Bobby Hicks was the topping on my birthday cake. Thanks Balsam Range and a very special thanks to Teresa Raulerson for such a great gift. Hope to see y’all at the Colonial in January. Steve Raulerson
Happy Birthday Steve! Glad you could be with us and know we were a part of your birthday like that. We had so much fun. Thanks for the note, visit, and come to the rest of the shows….we have a great lineup and it will be fun.
Thank you for a very magical night at the Colonial Theater….we are looking forward to the future shows. BTW….love the quilt block icons!
